Function

With its omnidirectional drive, also known as an omnidrive, the Robotino can travel in all directions and rotate on the spot.

The three independent drive units which make up the omnidrive consist of motors, an incremental encoder, gear unit and wheels, and are integrated into the chassis of the Robotino.
