Function

The two PCI Express slots from Robotino make it possible to integrate expansion cards for individual applications.

To install an expansion card, remove the control unit cover and insert the card into one of the two slots. Before purchasing an expansion card, please check whether the available space in the Robotino control unit is sufficient.

If required, an additional power supply for expansion cards is available. Connections with 12 V and 3.3 V (max. 100 mA) as well as an ATX connection are available.

Caution: Before removing the cover, it is necessary to remove the seal from the bottom of the control unit. Ensure that you do not damage the electronic components of the control unit and that no objects fall on the motherboard when you remove the cover
